Chicken Italian Cheese Sandwich

Skip the buns and serve the chicken over freshly cooked spaghetti.Dip chicken into red wine vinegar instead of the water for a zesty Italian taste. If you don’t have Italian seasoning, you can use instead 1/2 teaspoon each of dried basil, marjoram, oregano and thyme leaves.
